I saw this huge tree standing tall in the forest.
I had walked so far in the forest that I had to stop for a rest.
The tree looked so old and big like my grandfather.
I wanted to see it from afar so I stepped away farther and farther.
I have never seen such a tree not even in my story book.
I’ll show a photo of this tree to my best friend and say – look, look.
I think the tree likes me and wants me to hug it.
But try as I might with the tree trunk, I can’t make my arms around it fit.
Why am I so small and this tree so big?
If my grandfather looks up this tree, he is sure to drop his wig.
Tomorrow when I go to school, I will tell my teacher about this tree.
I will tell her that when I saw this tree, I felt so happy and free.
I think my parents are calling me now.
Bye bye tree, but I have to say that my day with you was full of wow. āŗ
šššš nice poem…the tree really seems to be too huge ..
